Order Processing

Orders are usually processed within 1 to 2 working days after confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays may be processed on the next working day.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time is:

• Major cities: 3 to 5 working days
• Other cities and remote areas: 5 to 7 working days

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be shown at checkout before you confirm your order. Charges may vary depending on location, product size, product weight, or courier service.

Order Confirmation

After placing an order, you may receive confirmation through email, phone call, SMS, or WhatsApp. Please make sure your contact details and shipping address are correct.

Incorrect Address or Contact Details

Decor Valley will not be responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or returned parcels caused by incorrect address, wrong phone number, incomplete details, or unavailable customer response.

Delivery Attempts

Courier companies may attempt delivery according to their own delivery process. If the customer is unavailable or does not respond, the parcel may be returned to us.

Damaged Parcel During Delivery

If your parcel arrives damaged, please take clear pictures or video before opening and contact us within 24 hours of delivery at decorvalleey@gmail.com.

Delivery Areas

We deliver across Pakistan through available courier services. Some remote areas may take longer or may not be serviceable depending on courier availability.

Delays Beyond Our Control

Decor Valley is not responsible for delays caused by courier service issues, weather conditions, strikes, public holidays, road closures, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our control.
