At Decor Valley, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our Exchange and Returns Policy carefully before making a purchase.

Eligibility for Exchange or Return

You may request an exchange or return if:

  • You received a damaged product
  • You received a defective product
  • You received the wrong item
  • The product is significantly different from what was shown or described

Return or Exchange Request Time

You must contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order for damaged, defective, or incorrect products.

Important: Requests made after 24 hours of delivery may not be accepted.

Conditions for Return or Exchange

To be eligible for return or exchange, the product must be:

  • Unused
  • In original condition
  • In original packaging
  • With all accessories, tags, manuals, parts, or items included
  • Supported with clear pictures or video proof

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Used products
  • Products damaged due to customer misuse
  • Products without original packaging
  • Items returned without approval
  • Change of mind after delivery
  • Minor color differences caused by screen or display settings
  • Products damaged after delivery due to improper handling or use

Damaged or Wrong Product

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, please email us at decorvalleey@gmail.com with the following details:

  • Order number
  • Full name
  • Phone number
  • Clear pictures or video of the product
  • Pictures of the packaging

Our team will review your request and guide you about the next steps.

Exchange Process

Once your request is approved, we may offer one of the following options depending on the case and product availability:

  • Replacement of the same product
  • Exchange with another available product
  • Store credit
  • Refund, only where applicable and approved by Decor Valley

Return Shipping

Return shipping charges may apply unless the mistake is from our side, such as a wrong or damaged item being delivered.

Refunds

Refunds, if approved, will be processed after the returned product is received and inspected. Refund processing time may vary depending on payment method, bank processing time, or other payment provider requirements.

Rejected Return Requests

Decor Valley reserves the right to reject any return or exchange request if the product does not meet our policy conditions or if the claim is incomplete, late, or unsupported by proper proof.
